Location does not resolve

• On a phone, current location requires HTTPS and browser permission.
• If accuracy is worse than 250 metres, move outdoors or enter a place instead.
• For an entered place, choose the intended match before searching.

No route is returned

Try a shorter target, Low effort, Street routes or a nearby start. A daily beta capacity message includes the reset time when available; saved routes remain accessible during that period.

Password or account link expired

Request a new recovery email from the password-reset page. Confirmation and recovery links may expire and each recovery code can be exchanged only once.

Offline limitations

Previously loaded public information and the offline notice may remain available. Route search, map tiles, route generation, weather and air quality require a network connection. RouteFit does not provide offline maps.
